What is finished by the end
- Fit. We read one live site and repository before touching it, then write the boundaries that matter for that business.
- Install. TaskPeace and the operator are connected on your Mac, through your accounts. You never send us a password, token or recovery code.
- Prioritise. Three to six real pieces of work become one ranked board in your language.
- Prove. The operator completes one small, mutually agreed, safe and reversible task and verifies the actual result — not just the local code or a green command. If the task you named is materially larger, we agree a smaller proof task first and leave the original on your board.
- Tune. For seven days after setup, we help correct the first rough edges asynchronously.
The fit is deliberately narrow
This first cohort is for a one-person website, publication, portfolio or small software business with a real codebase and work that has been waiting. You need all four:
- a live business, not an idea you have not started;
- a Mac you can work from and leave awake;
- Claude Code already installed on your own Anthropic account;
- about one focused hour for the working setup.
We are not taking inventory, regulated financial or medical workflows, or work that requires the operator to hold your credentials. The existing proof is from one person's content and affiliate portfolio; this pilot is how we test the system carefully outside that one portfolio.
