Privacy
Short, because the installation application asks for only what we need to judge the fit.
What we collect
- Your pilot application — the work email and live business URL you provide, one task you have been postponing, and your confirmation that you meet the four published prerequisites. We use it only to assess, discuss and, if you buy it, deliver the founding installation.
- A legacy founding-list address, if you submitted the older founding-list form before 13 September 2026. It is used only for Left Running launch news unless you ask us to delete it.
- Aggregate page statistics — how many people viewed a page, roughly where from, measured with Google Analytics. In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and California it runs with analytics storage denied, so no cookie is set and the visit is counted without you. Elsewhere it sets one first-party cookie so repeat visits are not counted twice. We look at totals, never at you, and we never join it to your email.
- How the pages are actually used — heatmaps and replays of on-page interaction such as scrolling and clicking, measured with Microsoft Clarity, so we can see which parts of a page confuse people. It does not load at all for visitors whose device is set to a time zone in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland. In California it runs cookieless, and elsewhere it sets first-party cookies. The entire application form is technically masked from Clarity, and its contents are not uploaded in a replay or joined to your email address.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics cookies described above are first-party and are not used for ads — ad storage and personalisation are switched off worldwide.
- No sale or advertising use of your application information, and no joining it to analytics.
- No passwords, API tokens, customer data or confidential code. The form explicitly tells you not to send them.
- No card details. Applying is free; if an application is accepted, Stripe handles any later payment and we never receive the full card number.
Your application, specifically
Paulo reviews it personally. We use the address to reply about this pilot, not to add you to an unrelated mailing list. You can ask to see, correct or delete the application at any time by writing to hello@caslonmedia.com; we will confirm when it is gone. If you are in the EU or UK, you can exercise your rights of access, correction and erasure through that same address.
Where it is
The site and form are served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and stop abuse. Applications are stored as private cards in our TaskPeace task system on Cloudflare infrastructure. If you later pay, Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy terms.
