LEFT RUNNING

Terms

Plain terms for a public do-it-yourself operator and a limited paid installation service.

The free operator

The setup instructions and first-run prompt are provided free of charge and as-is. You supply your own Mac, Claude Code account, hosting and other services. Left Running does not currently sell a software subscription or collect a card for the do-it-yourself path.

The founding-installation application

Applying is free and does not create a purchase or reservation. If we think the fit is right, we will send you a written scope, timing and secure Stripe payment link for US$500 once, excluding applicable VAT or sales tax. Nothing is charged until you explicitly pay. Any cancellation or refund terms are included in that written scope before payment.

What an accepted installation covers

Unless the written scope says otherwise: one live web business, installation and configuration on your Mac, a ranked initial board of three to six tasks, one small, mutually agreed, safe and reversible task completed with a verified result, and seven days of async troubleshooting. If the task named in the application is materially larger, the written scope substitutes a smaller proof task and keeps the original on your board. You stay present for credential, account, money and publishing steps that we are not allowed to perform for you.

What we promise

What we do not promise

Your work stays yours

Everything the operator produces lives in your repositories, your hosting accounts and your board. We claim no ownership of that work. The installation fee is one-time, so there is no Left Running subscription to cancel.

Your side of it

Use it lawfully, and do not point it at systems you are not entitled to change. You are responsible for what ships under your name — which is exactly why the product never publishes as you without asking.
